The Ernest G. Welch School of Art & Design Creative Media Center offers access to cutting-edge digital technology for ALL students on ALL levels who are currently enrolled in courses within the Ernest G. Welch School of Art & Design.
The CMC offers an array of computer workstations and functions as both a digital classroom and computer laboratory. We have specialized input and output computer hardware for print, sound and video, as well as many industry-standard design and imaging software packages..
To begin using the lab, all students need to do is to bring their GSU ID so that they may swipe in and out at the front desk for lab access.
Custom user accounts are required for use of some software. These custom accounts can be requested by submitting a special form during Open Lab times and may take several business days to be established.

About the CMC Schedule:
• Beginning Monday 8/18/08, the CMC will host classes for the 2008 Fall Semester.
• Beginning Monday 8/25/08, the CMC will offer Lab access to Art & Design students for the 2008 Fall Semester.
• Beginning 8/25/08, the CMC Information Desk can be reached during Open Lab times at 404-413-5278. Note: There is not voice mail available at this contact number at this time. Please check the Open Lab Schedule before calling in order to avoid interrupting classes that are in session.
